We ask that all new clients leave a credit card number, or gift certificate number to reserve their spot.
Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to complete a health history form.
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Although we understand that circumstance may prevent you from arriving on time, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. So as not inconvenience the clients booked after you,
we may be forced to stay on schedule and you may not receive your full treatment time.
Please note that a $25 fee will be collected for all missed appointments and/or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
