Prenatal Yoga Class Schedule

Registration for yoga is ongoing.  Classes run for a four week session and cost is $60.  Classes are taught by profession yoga instructor Ashley Kameka.  If you wish to register for a class or require more information, please e-mail us your information along with a contact number.

Prenatal Yoga FAQ

1.  Can I drop in?

If there is availability, Andrea will be more than happy to welcome you into the class.  Please contact her to check for space.  Price would be $15 per class.

2.  Who is the teacher and what is her training?

Ashley Kameka teaches our Prenatal Massage.  She is a professional teacher.

4.  I've never done yoga before.  How is this different from regular types of yoga?

You do not need any prior experience.  The classes are gentle and easy.  Focus is on breath work, stretching, and strengthening the muscles you need to prepare for labour.  There are no damaging postures that would harm the woman or her baby.

5.  How pregnant do I need to be to attend this class?

All trimesters are welcome.  As well, any women who one to six months post delivery.  Dr. consent is a must!

6.  What makes our yoga so special?

Our class size is small so that you are assured that you are getting one on one instruction with Andrea.  Classes are individualized for the women who attend the class.
